Lucent in promotion pack is not working in action house

i have bought a silver peck , but im not able to buy anythin in action house with my lucents ! so discusting

I have had zero issues with any of the promotion packs but I also bought them IN GAME. IDK if you're doing something different like buying them as DLC out of game but since I was already logged on, already on my character, I got the lucent instantly and spent it right there.

Also, make sure you're actually claiming the packs. They're in the shop in the storage box in the upper right.
