There is nothign to do about that yet. I hope Ncsoft adress the issue really quickly.

You can use stuff from inventory. Plenty of slots there but sure, being able to hit one button would be better. Some more customisation for the UI would also be nice and allow people to make as many skill sets as they want..so anoying to manually change skills every time you want to do something else.
