yep :/
Get the spec that turns it into a rain of fire. You want that to reach 10 burning stacks with ease, which will benefit one of your passives and it also scales your heavy attack chance.
however you may be better off just using everything else instead as you will always have an ability to cast if you manage your rotatoin well.
by the time you cast your meteor shower, you already casted multiple other spells in those 3s with way more damage in the end. the only issue is mana management. but if you want the most damage you can deal in a full spell rotation, meteor is out of the window.
in the end, the problem is still here: infernal meteor (not the upgrade. tho it is so niche that you may not use it anyway) is useless.
I noticed the same , im specced for insta casts and having such a cast time on that ultimate is just a waste of time and reduces my dps by a ton..
by the time you launched your meteor shower you already casted many other spells.
ice spears doesn't take a 3s cast time.
I don't know why you quoted my comment if you are going to ignore the central point
You do it for the ignite stacks.
