How does the world loot drop work?

I'm playing with my wife. Me - GDS, she - wand/bow (clear priest). And when we ran in any places, like token dungeons, open world, open world bosses, anywhere to be fair, except world timer event bosses, she didn't get any drop from mobs/bosses. I think it's a bug that her party impact as a healer does not count for a drop chance at all. For example, we can kill 100/200/1000 mobs playing in full party or only in the party of 2 in any token dungeons and I, as a damage dealer, will gather at least something, but her inventory will be empty. Even ores or parchments, that drop almost from each mob in the dungeon didn't drop her...

Could anyone explain how it works?

Yes what you Want or Need seems not to drop at all, I would like to get my Chest Armor Legs and Hat all updated but those are not ever Dropped and Crafting odd thing with that is getting the Lithographs for the items and as much of the other things so you can craft all 3 said items

if you drop stuff and she dont then its a bug. healer myself and i get plenty of loot even solo. She still needs to make at least 1 hit for loot drop (if she is only healing supporting you then that might be the answer)
