Does it cost anything to create a guild? And can you put items in the guild bank and take them out again with another character of yours?

To create a guild, select "Create Guild" in the Guild (G) menu and select your desired emblem, including its "Main Color" and "Sub Color". Once you've decided on your guild emblem, choose a name and pay a 30,000 Sollant fee to create your guild.

Using the guild bank, idk. probably.

its to scam you. A lot of Guilds created "fake" guilds to lure newcomer in with a setting that any worldboss loot (also guild loot) moves into the Guildbank from wich the leades can share the stuff between specific members. Guilds exploit this system like a lot system mechanics to there personal advantage.
