Why Swirling Essence Shoes Bis for DPS Bow/Dagger?

I dont get it. Is it just because of the Critical Hit Chance?
Cause it only gives 4 Perception.
Isnt there anything better?

maybe because of traits possibilities.

it all depends on other items you are going to use and what you want from your character

i assume you use maxroll.. these boots allow you to hit 60 perception for extra hit chance with 50 strength for extra heavy attack chance, and stamina regen is usefull in pvp unless you dont ever block :p

if you use different boots than those then you will not be able to reach 60 and 50 respectively

direct upgrade would be shadow harvester boots from tevent archboss, so good luck :)

Thanks for the links. I was following someone elses build with less options but still ok ones.
The thing is, when we want that STR 60, the shoes make no sense, since they give Perception, not STR. I can reach 60 already but dont have the gloves and shoes.
So if I switch, I might not reach 60 STR anymore. So if its only because the stats then why everyone fancies this shoe, since its not about STR.
If I use any other shoe the traits are like 50% cheaper. But this one has the most expensive traits caues everyone wants to wear them. I just can not see really the more dps you will do with them yet........if you know what I mean!?
