I don't need video proof they have logs of all of this and its easy for them to run a query for people killed by other players outside PvP zones and they will see the hackers in plain site. And when I caught the one guy from EXGC guild on my server he started to run i chased him down and he teleported out before i could submit the report on him because he knows he was about to get reported for hacking.
Also many guild members have reported the same happening to them. They just be in a non PvP zone and then die and it says "killed by player" with the name of that player. It is impossible to attack anyone in a non PvP zone so again it is logged and Amazon needs to jump on this fast before it gets out of hand.
These individuals are ruining the game for others and need immediate bans.

That is not how it works or how they can detect stuff.
You need to record it and open a ticket and report it.
No matter how this might sound but you NEED TO DO BETTER!
If you could attack back then it wasn't a hack, if you couldn't then... well that's a bit more worrying.

Clearly you have 0 idea on how servers work and there is a log of everything that happens on the server and they CAN run a query to find these hackers with ease. Just because you are ignorant of the process doesnt mean that real tech people like myself that run servers and queries on said servers for information know it is logged. They have the log of when you were killed by who you were killed and the location you were killed at. Dont respond when you clearly have 0 idea how a server works.
Only true for open world dungeons not outside vienna or any other town. And before your little brain tries to again explain "maybe it was a pvp event in that area!". It wasnt it was 100% none PvP zone no event no world boss no open world dungeon just running outside of vienna when no events were going on so clearly a hack.
But hey, keep praising that they will find that misterious "log" without you doing a thing.
Yes you could just video record it and proof it but nuh uh, you are way smarter than that.
Come to forum where nobody here can help with that issue, and not help the devs with opening a ticket.

Typical response from a nobody that runs a server for a game that limits you on what information you can see. You arnt the maker of WoW and they will not give you full access to all game files & logs when you run your 3rd party server. Which BTW is against WoW's TOS/EUlA. Whilst playing on an private WoW server is not directly illegal, it is against the TOS of World of Warcraft. Which means that if you are somehow found to be a playing on a private server by WoW, your account can be permanently banned by Blizzard.
So you wont have those logs because you are clearly a wannabe server host, hosting a private server that doesn't include all the logs and data you would get if you were the makers of WoW and had full access to the game files and reports/logs. When you get a degree in server hosting come back and let us know how wrong and dumb you are.
Also i have more programming knowledge than your little brain could comprehend. The fact that you are so adamant on getting a video proof shows how incompetent you are when it comes to game servers and hosting servers.
Edit: And FYI I did open a ticket with Amazon on it to investigate these clans that are ruining the game for everyone on the server with their cheating, hacking, botting, etc. SO before you jump to a conclusion that someone hasn't done something ask them first child.
