1. Coop Dungeons - to give you loot, they eat the dimensional tokens which recharge daily, tokens are consumed upon opening the boss chest at the end.
At level 30 you'd have 2 first dungeons available - Specter's Abyss and Roaring Temple.
2. Open-world Abyssal Dungeons - they eat the Abyssal Contract tokens which are recharged by doing coop dungeons, doing contracts, and Amitoi expeditions. These tokens are consumed on every drop, and in Abyssal Dungeons, as long as you have tokens, practically every single kill drops something, mostly ore, gems and parchment, but items much more often than in any other content, it's a rain in there.
At level 30, you can do top floors of the Syleus's Abyss, and perhaps the Temple of Sylaveth. Abyss you should be able to do even solo. Be mindfull these turn into PvP areas at night.
3. You can also craft green items, should probably do it while it makes sense, cause later down the line it truly doesn't, beyong just filling the litograph book with them.
4. Litograph book has entries that will grant you items in exchange for a few items of the lower tier (blues for greens, epics for blues).
There's also another purple bag from the same vendor you can buy, once per day, for like 200 or so points. Contains random things, like blue contracts, purples etc...
Blue primary and secondary weapon you can get very similar, from the guild points vendor.
Each week you can select 1 purple item from the weekly completed activity list. Items are random, will also contain other gear besides weapons. So make sure to complete your weekly tasks and select what you like.
You can also get I believe 15 purple bags per month using the currency you receive from finding the purple pages in the world. They also have been sending that currency out after each downtime, so you should be easily able to get your 15 or so purple bags. They contain random items so you never know what you get, but I got like 3-4 random purples items from mine this month.
You can also send your Amatoi's out on expeditions to get a purple fishing rod, best rod in the game. I got 2 of them, so either super lucky or fairly easy to get.
You can fish and get big bags, that can contain items and other things. Fishing is a lot easier once you have the purple rod.
You can complete blue contracts in the open world dungeons, with a random party. Each completed contract will get you 1 coin, 20 coins and you can craft a purple box with a guaranteed select-able purple item of your choice. You also get another purple bag per contract completion that can contain goodies.
Those same dungeons will drop blue and purple items among other things.
If you sell the drops that can be sold, and/or extract traits from gear to sell on the auction house, you can buy things from the auction house and also get a free battle pass if you are into cosmetics.
At this point in your journey I would not craft gear directly, or aim for specific drops. I would use all the free gear to get your gear score up and make your life easier.
