Question for the crossbow users

So I have a question regarding kowazans crossbows, where does it sit in terms of the weapon.
people say Rex is the best before bellandir but I've seen kowazan's crossbow sitting at 10k+ lucent for a long time, so I want to know what the deal is with that crossbow, is it worth geting or should you skip it?
