That isn't the only socket system they have.
If I recall they have like 3 of them in Korea so layers and layers and layers or BS grinding and min maxing with lucent grinding.
A game using Grind Heavy systems, but then not letting you grind as much as you want is the problem... it forces time gates due to Badd RNG that create a FOMO situation causing one to swipe for lucent to continue to stay up to snuff with Gear Score.
I just want the game design to be more about how much effort a player is willing to invest over lucent. I don't mind grinding for hours to get things, I played Black Desert for years and StarWars Galaxies before that, both incredibly grind heavy games.
looks like i will be dropping this game soon.
These new challenge dungeons are suppose to be repeatable. But it's going to be harder versions of T2 dungeons. I think they forget that they are not giving us tier2 gear at this time, so if they scale it like in Korea, there's gonna be a lot of drama on the forums.
yes but this game entire content is based on grinding gear just so you can play for 45 mins in a siege battle every 2 weeks which is not even that good.
For the video it does not feel the grind is worth the effort to get to the "fun" part of the game.
I will give it a try to see for myself how big the scope is, but it's not looking good.
I have played games like this before (conquer online), it never ends, they just release more gear grinding because the real goal is for you to spend real money.
