Take random rewards out of the co-op dungeon chests
I'm not saying remove them from the game, I'm saying take them out of the chest and give them to people upon completion of the dungeon. As it stands you only have 3 1-star dungeons and 2 2-star dungeons you can run a day, that's it.

For the casual player that's not an issue, they don't really care because it fits within the wheelhouse of their timing, the rest of the people want to just hunt for the gear pieces they are missing and since you are very limited on how many dungeons you can do a day, you will want to optimize your ability to get gear. Why would a healer or tank want to stay in a dungeon where they get no loot that can help them? Sure they could sell the trait off of it and MAYBE get a small amount of lucent to go towards their build, but when the limitations are there staring you in the face why would you bother doing any dungeon that doesn't give you the loot you need as well as the random reward?

If you give people the random reward without the need to burn tokens, they would be much more willing to stay in dungeons that don't offer them loot, they would still get something that benefits them without having to waste their precious tokens on a chest that will never contain something they could use.

I agree that letting people continue to abuse the random matchmaking to filter till they get the dungeon they need is a bad thing, but I believe that punishing them will just make them either quit doing random's all together, meaning that wait times will get worse when tanks and healers wont do the dungeons that don't drop them loot, or they will just eat the punishment and still only do the randoms that benefit them. Most of the people who sift through the randoms aren't doing it because they care about efficiency of time, they are doing it because of the limitations on loot.

they will be punished next patch, but also your suggestion to let people select the gear they need is bad, because if everyone gets the gear they need there is no longer a point in doing the cotent.

I never said to let them select the gear they need, I said to take the random reward chest out of the boss chest, you don't get straight loot from the random reward box, you get soul shards that can be accumulated to get a piece of gear.

Yeah it would be a good idea to make those chests a standard reward aswell.

If they add a system for punishing ppl this will hurt the game even more.


They need to seriously rething their rewards. I mean honestly they could do skins of blue/green/white items as skindrops - or new amitois, new mounts, or even just player titles

Also dungeons are boring - just the bosses drop anything and there is no interresting things or variations.
