Throne Liberty guild loot rule
Fatherr — Today at 7:03 PM
For guild boss raid, Every round Fatherr SkylarRae Daughterr will choose the first 6 bosses and loot.
Every Month before the Raid starts on Sunday. SkylareRae will note down all the Guild Reputations of the Saturday 2200pm Cut Off timing to determine the Queue Number of the Raiders to qualify for the Guild Boss Loot. Once the full round is completed. The next round will commence right after the previous round has finished.

Fatherr, SkylareRae, Daughterr will always take first 6 boss kills loot.

The queue number of the rest of the members will be determine by their guild reputation. Right before the Sunday Guild Boss Raid starts, on Saturday 2200 SkylareRae will note down all the members reputation and sort them into queue number for the boss kill item.

The same bosses can be killed over and over again. If players want to sell the most expensive item in auction house they can kill the boss that drops the most expensive item. And use the lucent to buy other stuffs to push up their CP.
This system enables the players to have stable lucent every month to buy what they need. Sell high buy low.

If a player miss or didn't come for the boss raid even if they have looted or not looted they will be slot to the end of the queue or next round if they didn't come at all or just come for their round.

Are U agreeable to this practice we been having?

Why does it matter to you? I would never join a guild like this - but thats just personal preference.

The perfect system to me until now was:
- loot drops to guild (obviously requires a bit of trust)
- if you do worldboss etc. alone = your loot
- guild raids = ppl that participate in the raid can roll for items their char actually needs
-- in general if you got 1 item from a raid you cant roll for a second one except no one needs the item or ppl agree etc.
- items not needed stay in the guild for a while if someone else needs it
- the only requirement to be able to loot is a minimum of guild reputation (very low but enough to make sure ppl dont just leech)

Your system sounds like a system with the primary focus of making members play as much and guild focused as possible while also not really caring about gearing but more about getting money. Im looking for a fun game with fun ppl - not a second job so thats not for me.

FYI, not my guild, this was the loot rule for the Throne liberty guild in strombringer, focused mainly on the family getting all the raid loot, i personally believe this is very unfair and new players should be aware of such loot rules some guilds may have and avoid at all costs.

I dont see a real issue with it as long as they are open about it and dont change rules on the fly.

The only thing i would agree to is to make a few changes:
- drop rules etc. are visible when you join
- changing drop rules has a cooldown outside of guild raids and players get notified

But in the end - look for a guild with ppl you like - after that its easy to agree on rules. Why would you go into a guild where you dislike ppl or ppl are just using you in the first place?
