All Blue and Purple Items are belts.
Step 1 success because it's the first time you transfer into trash purple belt.
Step 2 success because it's the first time you transfer into Belt of Blood Lust
Step 3 failed because this is the second time you try to transfer into Belt of Blood Lust.
Good day!
Thanks for your reply mate.
In the transfer menu:
Step 1: Select the item you want to transfer to (+1 [Bloodlust Belt] isn’t shown at this step).
Step 2: Choose the item you want to transfer from.
The Bloodlust Belt isn’t visible in Step 1, which means that even if I had a +2 or higher purple belt to transfer from, it would still be missing there. Your logic is good, and I’ll keep this nuance in mind for the future.

Greetings!
Here we go, and thanks for your time!
This is a critical mistake. For future people reference:
Purple-to-purple items can be stacked infinitely, as long as the stacking order is preserved.
Example:
Step 1: +1 [Blue 1] into +0 [Trash Purple 1]
Step 2: +9 [Blue 2] into +7.35 [Trash Purple 2]
Step 3: +9 [Trash Purple 2] into +0 [Trash Purple 1]
Step 4: +9 [Trash Purple 1] into +0 [Belt of Bloodlust]
The critical mistake made was that you tried to transfer into the same item twice.
What you described here shouldn't work. Step 1 already transferred into purple 1. So you should not be able to transfer into purple 1 again in step 3.
It's very simple. You can only transfer into an item once.
If you want to "stack" purple to purple infinitely, you will need to do this :
purple 1 --> purple 2 --> purple 3 --> purple 4 ...
There's no "order" to preserve beyond knowing that you can only transfer into an item once.
It must be a "chain" transfer as already said above me.
Can i transfer a blue weapon lvl 9 to a purple weapon level 7 58% so will go that purple weapon level 9 (maxed) and then the purple weapon to transfer on another purple weapon lvl 0
Is that possible?
2 +3 whatever you cant. transfer +9 > new +0 > new +0 > new +0 is the only way to stack blessings.
