Change server from a Full Launch Server to Early Access

Is it possible? I assume not since I can't see any early access in the available list?

I should be able to do that. But there isn't a single early access server on the list even tho there are full launch servers with more characters that I can join than some early access servers. This makes no sense. Can anyone help me and tell me what is the best way to contact amazon games? I have opened a web ticket but is there maybe a better way?

Yes, it's possible. You can't move from EA to FA.

Hey, i have the same problem. I want to transfer my account to some friends who are playing on EA server.

I opened a ticket and apparently it got forwarded to the dev team who hopefully will look into it...hopefully sooner rather than later I guess.

Apologies, i didn't consider someone trying to do the opposite. Do you know if every early server is not showing to transfer to, or just the one you need? I ask cause Amos (Early access from NAE) had queues last week, so it may be actually full.

Not a single early access server shows up. I also checked the amount of characters. There are Full Launch servers that have more characters then some early access servers and I still can't see them while I can see the Full Launch ones.

Yea on me there also is not a single early access server in the list. I also opened a ticket and they just sent me a guide to the transfer process so not helpful at all..
Btw are you EU or NA?

EU. They did the same to me, I then told them I am a paying customer and I insisted on help. They then said they escalated it to the dev team and will contact me when there is something new...whether that is true or not I do not know.

After the patch from today i see the servers in the list but on the one i want to transfer is not available, not sure if that means i cannot transfer to this server ever or just for now... I hope it works for you.
