Two healing skills sharing the same cooldown.
The game recently had an update where two skills now share the same cooldown. One has an 8.1-second cooldown, and the other has a 4.1-second cooldown. If I use the healing skill Swift Healing with an 8.1-second cooldown, the skill Healing Touch with a 4.1-second cooldown also goes on an 8.1-second cooldown. Does that make sense?

That's a shame :/ It doesn't make much sense for a low-cooldown skill to take on the higher cooldown of another.
From what I know the skills should be independent of each other not tied

that would be normal yes....but the dps kids could not kill us healers in 2 seconds so we got the nerf and the shared cooldown

nope, latest patch made them share cooldown because the heal is too op

It is funny how everyone just talk about bow/wands... and meanwhile every hybrid healer due to massive healing debuffs on basically every single build makes it unplayable... My staff/ wand can't dish out enough survivality to anyone anymore ever as everyone have -80% heal power at the begining of their rotation, going up to -99% effective healing capping it. I try to burn all my skills to save someone just to learn i did around 150 heal with 3 charges combined. On the other hand new bow passive just give random 7k shields all the time, and if there is no heal reduction included by any chance there is no possible way to win with bow/wand + 1 dps... Balance. For realzies.
Really ominous signs about how these game devs will handle future "balance" changes. Instead of tuning the numbers to be more in line with other skills they will just put arbitrary shared cooldowns on skills from different weapons.

I mean I don't see how else they could balance it, it's broken in combo, on it's own it's not as broken, wand's broken as ♥♥♥♥ healing passives boost it too hard and combined with wand's already broken as ♥♥♥♥ healing it was broken, bow on it's own is complete trash for healing, you cannot heal with just bow. They are making weapon combo uniques eventually anyway so that could fix it.

why everyone says healing was or is broken? is it broken because you could heal good? but isnt that a healers job? so cc should all get shared cooldowns to because its broken that peoples can stunlock you to death...

you dont get the shield all the time....it has a 60 second cooldown now....while crossbow/dagger get perma extra 1,1k evasion vs ranged attacks with passives xD
