T2 Armor Selection Chest

I'm wondering where you can get the Armor Selection chest. If you click your T2 tokens and "View Usage" third option down is Armor Selection chest which doesn't include the accessories but its also only 30 tokens instead of 60. Where can you buy the chest? I literally spent all my time farming the 30 tokens for it from a single dungeon and now I cannot buy it when you list it in the game.
