Staff Healing Reduction is too much

80% for one staff user is a bit too much , don't you think? I heal 9k at best now I can only heal 1.5k per tick. They even have mana burn in other barrage skill. SUggestion is to put these two debuffs into a single skill and it can be put them both in skill specialization picking only one instead of having two. These are too much

its not just staff btw, every form of anti-heal is now -80% XD
