How do you get blue armor lipthographs?
I haven't been able to get past Green Armor because the game doesn't tell you how to get past this armor rarity or am I missing something?? I see the armor I want to craft, but the 1 piece I am missing is the I guess blueprint?? But it wont tell me how to get it.

Monster or dungeon drops.

Here's what you can do instead: use your Lithograph Book.

There is a lot of blue-tier gear you can get by completing a Lithograph set.
This requires you to craft the listed green equipment.
For example, by crafting and submitting the four green-tier staves, you can claim a blue-tier Staff of the Resistance.
Quality Lithographs (the blank ones you use to craft green equipment) can be purchased from the Contract Coin merchant for cheap.

The blue lithographs are form transforming the item into it. To clarify, there is no trading in this game. Thus, when you drop an item, you can transform it into a lithograph and sell it like that on the Auction House. This takes some resources to do but applies to blue and purple gear. Some items can great success craft and traded as is as do all boss droops too. So getting a blue lithograph for armor is not something you can do directly upgrade.

As a side note, upgrading too quickly to blue gear inst that good as a fully leveled green should fare better than a basic blue. Blue gear is what you will be wearing the longest in the game as it is a lot easier to trait blue gear than purple and you don't get a lot of stones until a certain point for blue/purples.

At starlight observatory(where the goblins are) there is a contract quest giver, he gives you quests that give you green item lithograph, to make it easier accept only goblin quests, they need different type of monsters killed its easier when its in 1 area. now go to your litograph book and scroll down till you see blue items as a reward. you can give 4 green items to get 1 blue. just complete quests until you get enough to craft everything till blue. I recommend maxing out green to +6 before transfering. Do the same with blue(+9) when transfering to purple. Purple upgrade math are very expensive and hard to get. you get to save a lot of them when transfering gear.
