Guild Level Dropped

Yesterday before maintenance our guild was level 20. Today our guild is level 19 with half xp. Anyone else have this issue???

I think they deleted level 20 from the game its no longer in the benefits list. same issue here

If they are doing a re-balance of the guilds. Everyone would have been rolled back from 20 to 19 in preparation of anything to come later.

when we leveled up 19 again after getting dropped it pushed us right to 21 so it seems that 20 is just invisible.

We are lvl23 on my guild, so i think it's just a visuable glitch or a bug.
