Starlight Stones Ritual won't trigger Steam Achievement

what the title says..

I already did this event a few times, also got the blessings of the monument stones and still didn't get the achievement on Steam.. (waited of course until the end and got my reward ingame)

Is it bugged or do I miss something?

So is the Dungeon for Level 20 the Quest Does not finish and if you do get it it still does not finish

I have that achievement, not sure why it is bugged for you. And according to Steam 24.3% of the player base does.

This happens to several achievements, some people, nost people get it, but some people don't. I am missing Talus achievement, although it did it many times, conflict, peace and guild, all versions, many times. still no achievement. Amazon blames steam, steam blames amazon/NCSOFT. none of them is willing to do anything.
