Guild Name Change Scroll Scam

Hey everyone. Yesterday i took leadership of the guild and started rebuilding it. I have decided to change name but even i paid 500 lucent for name scroll change. Game did not let me change my guild name (there was no event atm) after tried again today. scroll has gone and guild name was the same! so how do they fix this?

Ask the support. They usually fix everything.

I don't know. Some games require you to wait for the weekly reset or maintenance. But that should be mentioned in the item description

Only requirement was there shouldnt be any active event at that moment. When I typed new name and pressed accept (it was saying that name available) after that it said another thing that name unavailable and my scroll was gone

You might be right, most likely it is a scam. I cannot imagine that it would be a bug. Not in this game.
You are probably better off if you send the developers an angry mail. If you scream loud enough they may feel that they have to help you.

I am in touch with support team. They do help but they still couldnt fix it yet.
