Dimensional soul shard is missing from my inventory.

Went into the game today and found that Dimensional soul shard is missing from my inventory. Nine of each kind. I left them yesterday to finish them off this morning and exchange them for something. This is the second time this month! The first time I thought I was imagining it, but now I was 100% sure of their number. It doesn't say on the coins themselves that they are temporary! No one has access to my account! So it's either a bug or the developers did some kind of rollback or took them away.
I remind you that they are not easy to get them, a day is given to 3 attempts to go to the boss. And it turns out that I spent a week of the game for nothing! Honestly already want to delete this game and forget as a terrible dream! I play games NCSOFT since 2 chronicles Lineage2. And TL I liked very much, but it seems that I was very wrong... And I am very sad for such an attitude towards their players.

Same thing happened to me. Once i reached 20 of the 6th shard i needed they vanished from inventory. The other 5 types stayed but the 20 Shakial shards just disappeared. 2 days to get them back and not even sure if they won't vanish again. Great game but, stuff like this is a deal breaker

the same ♥♥♥♥ today farmed all 2* dungeons opened boxes to get 12 soul fragments from caligras and 12 soul fragments disappeared Shakarukh writing to support is pointless they don't answer, it's starting to get very annoying because this is not the first time things have disappeared

these coins are not falling ! it's been 3 months and they haven't fixed their mistake yet....
