I also discovered that my RAM was only running at 2666MHz, instead of its maximum speed of 3600MHz.
It seems the game is a real RAM hog. I've already ordered an additional 16GB, so hopefully, that will solve the problem.
Depending on what resolution and graphical settings you play, 32 gb is kinda standard, I could find plenty scenarios where I have ran out of 16gb and several where I ran out of 32 GB , a reason I am at 64GB, yet I play on 5120x1440 all max settings on rtx 4090. for a game as such , especially on higher resolution and high settings, 32 GB is a must yet I can't say that this is the issue for fps drop. If you updated the drivers. Are you using DLSS upscaler along with frame generation? - if so, when you enter the game, turn it off and turn both on real quick, that seemed to solve some performance issues for me, only happens time to time. Also ,why shader preload to low? you should be cranking that ♥♥♥♥ up to max which helps with stutters however make sure that you have shader cache limit set to higher amount in nvidia control panel or to unlimited like I did since M.2 SSD space is not an issue for me. Lastly, if none of this works, delete your temporary T&L folders which will default your game and wipe all settings including previously preloaded shaders. Start the game fresh , place back your settings and see how it goes.
