The 3% Minimum Contribution is even worse then you think.

The 3% Rule makes it even worse.

Start to look the math behind. You cant reach more then 100% contribution, minimum is 3% to get a 3% chance to get loot, so alone this is stupid as ♥♥♥♥

But: If 33 people have 3% contribution None else will get anything (3x33=100). If 10 Whales get 10% then only these 10 get the chance for loot and none else (10 x 10 = 100%)

this means in Theory if 200 people do the same amount of dmg or contribution this would mean 200 x 0,5% = 100 NONE would get any loot cause of this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥...

If a few whales do more then 10 or 15% contribution 99% of the player dont get anything cause there are to many people for one Portal.

You misread the article. The 3% are a mere example, they did not make any mentions of what the minimum contribution threshold actually is. This would also completely contradict those low level people getting boss drops, while they can't even hit 90% of their attacks

It does matter here, cause they didn't mention what the minimum threshold is. if its 0.1% of the total contribution pool anyone can meet that, regardless of how many people there are. Its their own fault for not being more descriptive though.

its ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, cause we already KNOW that its not 0,1% its at least 1% or more and this wouldnt work for the masses inside a portal, its 0,3% for the chest to choose from so the chance for the top contributors will be much heigher.

Well for Aussies we cant even stay in the fight as we go link dead mid way through all the fights. So the chances even if we could compete is zero. Until they reduce the lag more for us its not even playable completely unfair.

what u said makes sense but then when I think about it, I saw a lvl 22 player who managed to get an ARCHBOSS drop. Given that his gear is absolute LOW. safe to say that the contribution threshold is VERY VERY VERY GIGA low

Just join a low-populated server and do your World Bosses there. I have one of my alt play in a low pop server the other on high pop.

Low-pop server get the most loot in my experience.
