Frame Generation dont work properly!

Frame Generation lose your effect when some cinematic occurs.
Fix this pls!

Close the game, open geforce experience app, make sure driver are up to date, and go to the profile for throne and liberty. From there, make sure settings are automatic to optimal, and once you get back to game you should have frame gen

Or do you have HDR on? For me at least, I couldn't switch frame gen on when I had HDR enabled. Turn off HDR, and it should work.

The GeForce experience trick doesn't actually work though. It'll toggle frame gen on, but won't actually work.

I try all of this but frame generation stop working properly when have cutscene, need to turn off and on again. I have last driver update and dont use HDR

when the game is working, you can contact technical support, I think the bug is individual and not on all configurations.
In general, you can still contact NCSoft support

it works, but you have sometimes set it "off" and "on" again. This will work.

Yes and this is the problem... here I need to turn off and on again a lot of times... and this is very sad.

Kamus, does this issue where you have to turn it off and on again present in this early acess release too? I remember It happening in the beta for me too. So they have not fixed It?

Yes... is present in all versions, include KR and Live one, beta too. I always need to turn off and on to work again because stop many times, when have a cinematic and other thing, just stop work until turn off and on again.

Kamus i found this on internet of someone who had same issue:

"I noticed this also and switched from Windowed Fullscreen to Fullscreen and it stopped disabling itself. Might be anecdotal but worth a shot!"

Can you try It out and report here?

I Try all modes, and for me this dont solve the problem, still stop work, and need to reactivate =(
