Suppose to be this year. We have a feeling that Amazon will announce it today at the gamefest. ( apparently the SteamDB was updated with 3 founder's packs, so that is a good sign. )

I think Amazon will give another try to save NW and will drop T&L pc port but will might launch on mobile

Cause they're talking about shutting down this version in Korea already. Game was originally designed with idea of it being a mobile game than was ported to be a PC game, made okish changes but game wants compete with BDO while being 100x more P2W than BDO asking for failure day one. At this point I don't expect the Global release to ever happen better off just finding a different game at this point than waiting for abandoned one.

Amazon is trying to resuscitate the dead game that is New World, instead of taking care of TnL. The hype for TnL will off before this game is released

New World will be revived when it releases on consoles in a few months, then Throne and Liberty will be released in a few months under a new name.

You know that Amazon is just the publisher for TnL right? New World comes directly from the Amazon studio, so yeah ... natural that they focus more on there own projects. And I'am pretty sure that Amazon as a dev and a publisher are two seperate things.
