Updated Demo Character Movement

I seem to be having a problem moving from one spot to another. I can spin around all day long but can't move forward. I have checked out the options and did not see any mouse or keyboard instructions explaining how to advance forward. Please help

I did not see the letter on the ground that needed to be picked up first and read. After reading the letter I was able to advance
