Not in this game, you can skip the signin into PSN, same as you can deinstall EOS with no impact to single player.

I Can't even buy the game. Am swearing off all sony games in the future even without psn or regional restrictions 🤬. I bought horizon zero dawn complete edition but now can't upgrade. The game is a strong gamepass contender though but I don't think it will ever launch there.
