None that I know about, but that does not mean there isnt something out there to download which will work. The trainers you can download just give you unlimited ammo, invisibilty, invicibilty and move silently but nothing that would help for this situation. You may be better off resetting since you have to start over everytime you complete a game anyway. I understand how frustrating that is especially if that was the last piece to complete the game. Maybe you could check on the Big Robot forums and see if anyone has posted with this same issue. Sorry I could not be of more help. Good luck.
The solution is savefile editing.
You can go into your game files and physically move the fragment using the x axis. be careful and use small increments and only use one of axis.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\SirYouAreBeingHunted\x64\s\SaveGames\World2\dynamic_Content\
open the dynamic content folder with note pad and look for the TelecCaches.xml files.
You will see each island aka EAST, WEST, North, SOuth and Center with a telecache.xml file. This is the south island file.
Once you open the file you will see this.
<C_TeleCacheData xmlns:xsi="/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:xsd/XMLSchema">
<m_NumCaches>3</m_NumCaches>
<m_Locations>
<Vector3>
<x>688.379639</x>
<y>9.029948</y>
<z>528.8217</z>
</Vector3>
<Vector3>
<x>783.3522</x>
<y>12.1872272</y>
<z>689.361</z>
</Vector3>
<Vector3>
<x>213.538361</x>
<y>1.72405124</y>
<z>228.577515</z>
</Vector3>
</m_Locations>
<m_WhichPeices>
<int>-1</int>
<int>-1</int>
<int>-1</int>
</m_WhichPeices>
</C_TeleCacheData>
Notice there are three vector sets. (EDIT) Each vector represents where the fragments are located. Obviously, each island, outside the main island, has three fragments. You should only move one "x" axis at a time, until you move the right one. I always use the "X" axis and only use 10 increments.
Here, in this game file, the very first "X" axis is 688, so change it to 698 or 678 and then restart the game and see if it moved. To save time, if the other two have been acquired, just move all three "x" axis at the same time.
Only use one axis, the "x", "y", or "z", and utilize small changes or you could end up putting a piece way up in the sky or buried very deep underground.
My suggestion to the aforementioned save editing trick would be to try with the "y" axis first by increasing its value by 6-8 for all three fragments, especially if one of them is just stuck inside a rock.
They'll float in the air, but at least you'll be able to reach it on a first try, as opposed to guessing multiple times with the other two axes and frustrate yourself with the item getting stuck inside another boulder or under terrain.
Sometimes, straight up is okay, but in many cases, straight up, flat out, will not work. The lateral route is the best, since if it is in a hillside or building you can acquire the piece easier going lateral. In any case, no matter which direction you go, vertical or horizontal, only use one axis and use small changes. Just jot down the original number on paper and keep track of your new and old positions. Also, in the game, mark your piece locations on the map.
I suggest, at the start of brand new game, have the all the bots off for the first few pieces and just practice moving the pieces. Kinda fun seeing how far you can move the pieces and still get access.
Just like golf, it all depends on where your ball lands. Do you get the wedge or seven iron.
