Hope this helps.
Once the world folder is open look for the dynamic content folder and each island will have a TeleCaches.xml file. easttelecache.xml or southtelecache.xml, etc. The files are editable in your notepad or wordpad.
Each piece has an "x", "y" and "z" axis. Just move the "x" axis ten points. So, if one piece has the coordinates of "487.035339" for "x",, change it to 497.035339 or 477 .035339. Use small changes and one axis. Do not worry about the "y" or "z" starting out unless moving "x" does not work.
If it is inside a rock or stone then moving it ten points should work. If it is inside a structure it may need to move further. Hope this helps and just remember to save the file before changing the numbers.
