The art is great and i'm in love with it.
The gameplay is *okay*. While i seem to be in the minority on this, here are my thoughts on it:
- Combat is somewhat satisfying, however there is very little downtime or changes between battles. This causes a lot of the game to bleed together.
- Little risk, most choices are buffs, there are few instances where you have to risk or sacrifice anything.
- No choice of rooms to g to, it's all one path which cuts down on the choices you'd normally make in this kinda game.

It's just a demo so the game has time to cook, i hope it gains a lot of depth because the art is incredibly charming and there are some good ideas here.

ahhh yeah it's pretty good and i'll be dumping a silly number of hours into the full game.

one thing i want to point out though is that it's a bit odd how you can't mouse over a die that's on the board to see its details - you can only see its details while it's in your hand.

i love the aesthetic of it! i think it could benefit from a pastel version of some sort?? or like duller colors?? just because it's a bit bright but i know this is a weird request lol.
or maybe dif color schemes for the game?? like skins?
i'm hoping either buyable cosmetics or unlockable cosmetics will be a thing!! like i know there are going to be more characters in the game when it's released but i think it would be cool if you can unlock cosmetics and mix and match!! (please make me a pink frog T-T)

for the gameplay, i think it's really weird that people find a problem with rng being part of a game where you're rolling dice. i understand the aspect like, you want to be able to get further and it seems unfair that you can't do that based purely on skill, but i actually like it a lot. it's one of the reasons i was so interested in this game. i'm a fan of four souls (binding of isaac board game) and i love the rng aspect. it adds that element of hype when you get a really iconic roll and the rage when you get a ♥♥♥♥ role lol. it's just fun. there are so many games where there isn't rng like that so i think it's cool that an online game has this kind of rng like an irl board game? idk.

to appease others though, maybe there could be 2 dif game modes? one with rng and one without? no idea how you'd set that up though (and personally i don't think you need to).

oh also, i think another cute cosmetic aspect of the game could be unlocking like "sparkly" dice skins. like in sonic adventure battle 2 how there are shiny chao eggs, i think that could be cool in this game. possibly dif textures like how in real life there are heavy metal dice, plastic dice, sparkly dice, wooden dice. adding on to that thought, it could be cool to have different textured/material dice make different sounds when rolled?

also i didn't notice an indicator of low health but i honestly frequently forget i'm low health so i think it would be awesome to have some kind of indicator like a heart beat like some games have or black and white on the screen instead of full color? maybe it could be toggled in case some players don't like that?

and also new background music could be a cool unlockable!! <3

i really hope this game comes out on other platforms because i desperately need it on my switch lol. it's a perfect switch game imo <333333

I really liked the new adaptation of the game!

I was lucky enough to try the original demo here in steam and although at first I found the changes different, I have to say that I like the new mechanics even more than the original version.

I'm looking forward to see the final version of the game and what new things are implemented!! 🐸❤️🛡️🎲

Very fun. Lots of style and flair. The only change I'd make is better controller support and a probability indicator for the events.

I really enjoyed this game! The art style, the mechanics, it's just too good. Already put it in my wishlist, I want to buy it when the final game comes out.
Also I have a few suggestions for the final game:

• Add a sort of dictionary for keywords/effects, sometimes the player can forget what they do
  
• Add an option to organize the dice in the bag, such as by color (type), effects, etc.
  
• Be a little more precise when it comes to Prism and Mirror dices, I personally got a little confused on how they work
  
• Be able to see ALL the effects of the dice (I had a dice with an effect that wasn't being shown when you hovered the pointer over it)
  
• Add bosses throughout the infinite mode, could be fun I guess

Since nobody will read the reviews, I'll say in this review I'm gay and I love cross-dressing as a femboy.

Seriously. This game scratched my itch for a new rougelike. The possibilities are ENDLESS on this one and hopefully I could get to play the full version, though I'm broke. (Did I mention this game is free? Good heavens, what a miracle this game is.)

The gameplay:
Very clean, very straightforward. Everything is so clear, maybe besides the Prism Die, but pretty much everything is easily understandable from each description written. Also, the strategic placement of dies on the board is also fun when you throw in Relics and Boost Dies. Getting that "The Chosen One" relic with the "Bullseye" relic would make for absolute bonkers single-die power.

The controls:
Easy to play, but can benefit greatly from keyboard controls. Seriously. It's easy to play the game, so play it. Hopefully they add keyboard controls so I can play it with just one hand over my keyboard.

The difficulty:
As I expected of real rougelikes. If you got an analytical-enough mind that also did and READ the tutorials, it's very easy to get the ropes of the game, but even just floor 10-ish can prove to be trouble immediately if you aren't careful and don't strategize well.
Not really a nitpick, but I'm kinda sad that the boss kinda is like Pixel Dungeon in regard: an equipment check boss. Nothing bad about it, since you can make so many fun builds.

The visuals:
Clean and nice, but a few hovers can make use of fixes. For HP hover, maybe make the hover area detection area larger so you don't end up covering the display and not see the max HP that you can see via hover. For modifier hoverboxes, try to make them not also appear when you hover for max HP, and make the hoverboxes instead cover the enemy to make it more clean and readable.

Overall: Go play it. Especially if you love rougelikes.
