Where is my prismatic mango?

I found a prismatic mango relic, but it didn't go into my relics at the top of the screen and I didn't see its healing affect ever happen. I THINK it raised my HP like it was supposed to - did it disappear when it raised my hp?

I figured it out. I clicked the skip arrow that was directly under the mango instead of the mango, itself. It would be a lot less confusing if the arrow was next to the options like an option itself.
