It is a false positive. Cmdow is a command line tool that the game uses to keep the game fullscreen while scripts for speech recognition training are run in background. Some antivirus report the program as suspect because it could be used in harmful ways. Cmdow in itself is not harmful and of course the game does not use it in harmful ways.

However, even if Cmdow gets deleted by the antivirus, the only effect
is that the game gets minimized to Windows bar a couple of times
while performing speech recognition training (in Settings -> Speech
recognition).
I currently cannot install the game because Windows Defender kicks in and prevents the install from steam.

Hello, I will look into this. Probably I will remove cmdow from the game files.
A developer of this app has indicated that this post answers the original topic.

I meet a new problem. Windows Defender blocked it.
The report path is "E:\Games\Steam\steamapps\downloading\242840\Binaries\Win32\UserCode\hstart.exe"
It said the virus name is "HackTool/HiddenStart.a".
How to solve it?
