Episode 3 -- Can't complete John's Memory?

I am at the point in Episode 3 where I have convinced John that the Patriots win the game, but the memory won't end. I've looked up the walkthrough and have done everything I think I am supposed to have done, but Cordelia just stands there after being given the Case Number. What else do I need to do?

I have this same exact issue, I've tried everything I can think of in game. I sent them a support email with the issue, including my save file. Hope I get help soon. UPDATE, i restarted the episode and followed a guide. Could it be you also forgot to call Rose earlier as Cordelia in John's memory? This is what broke it for me. I know your post is old so you might have beaten the game already but oh well. Maybe others can benefit from this.
