I'd agree that the store's appearance rate of the ice items could use some buffs.
But honestly, as a subclass item, it feels really weak *because* you are at the mercy of shop RNG, and there's nothing you can do to make your Froxen Flame have a larger impact in your bag if you don't get more ice items.
The build would be a lot better if the frozen flame item itself could turn items icy. Like how the forging hammer upgrades items, or the cauldron with potions.
you create haste to fuel your flame, convert to ice. ice flame is nice but generating the freeze buffs fire blade/fire sword.
2 fire armors and 3-4 corrupted crystals will steamroll almost everything.
you buff the fatigue to trigger at 3-4s intervals.
