Bug: Cursor keeps moving diagonally right/down on its own
The cursor is haunted and insists on moving down and to the right. I try to move it and can but once i stop it proceeds to move on its own again. Not sure if its just me, but doesn't happen outside the game.

Interesting,
do you have a controller plugged in by any chance?

I have the same bug, no controller pluged in and the mouse is not the problem because it only happens on this game

Update: I had a USB adaptor for a Playstation 2 controller plugged in with no controller plugged into it. I unplugged it on the off chance, and that solved the issue. Still strange that only until recently did this happen to be affected by it. Before i even went into steam settings and turned off all controller support and that didnt fix it.

私も同一のバグに遭遇していましたが、Tarngold氏と同様にコントローラーの接続を切断してからゲームを起動したところ、正常に動作しました。

This almost certainly has nothing whatsoever to do with this game in particular, and is happening because of a "bug" (or "unexpected feature", if you want to be generous) with Steam's controller support. I've had it happen before in other games, and even on my regular Windows desktop with no games launched.

With the default settings, it will often "helpfully" translate any controller input as mouse movement, and there are many ways that you can end up with "ghost" controller movement happening in the background, that you might not notice at all until it interacts with this feature. Either get rid of the ghost controller inputs (e.g. try disconnecting any USB adapters or other related devices, try disabling virtual controller devices, etc), or fiddle with Steam controller settings (the easiest way is to just disable it for any games where it's a problem) and it should stop happening.
