It does not quack like a dragon tho, its made from paper and you punch people with it.
It has a stick at the bottom.
Similarly a portrait like the mona lisa does not qualify for human rights. :p
People have pet rocks Irl, i fail to see how I can't pet and care for a good paper dragon boy
I don't think we should make it a pet ether, with the same argument rocks are not a pet currently. (Even though ranger would love that) :D
It is more than reasonable that it is not a pet since it is inanimate, but it not being a dragon too is a bit iffy.
On that note, why do "dragons" not have a keyword at the bottom while the game obviously recognizes it as a saparate keyword to just "pet"?

Pet rock, applies poison itself and when adjacent weapons attack.
