NOTE: I will say "Recipes" since "Combination" sounds more like item+item effects for backpack building, and it is how the game calls it.

Just two tidbits - the both classes can get the pile of coins (piggy+hammer) and both can get eggscaliber (pan + stamina potion)

So I've heard, that also Fly Agaric appear on shop for Ranger.

However, it is EXTREMELY rare, that it is not even worth mentioning that it can be a recipe or should one consider it.

Edit: It appears Pan spawn more now.
