Getting rocked by the Pyro. Ideas?

Which builds are giving you trouble? Is it just difficulty in general or is there a particular build giving you trouble?

Dragon pyromancer is unbeatable for me late game. The poison dragon is op.

Healing reduction maybe?

Cap of discomfort is a good item vs pyro -- healing reduction packed with nuh-uh for heat stacks.
Dunno how reliably you can fit more than one in a real build.

Healing debuff. Something like the Heart of Darkness, Cap of Discomfort, or just amethysts in armor. Healing debuff also helps against a lot of other builds since most builds have some sort of heal.

The Pyro is decently strong, especially early on, but I think there are a lot of traps to this class like building multiple phoenixes or some of the more niche subclasses unless you really have a niche build and the stars aligned for it.

I don't think I have any issues with the other three at all, I almost only lose to the pyro. I will try these suggestions.
I also only played the pyro one time and it is my only 18-0 run, lol.
