And if you buff the trigger speed down to half a second, like you did it in this build, any weapon would become pretty bonkers. As a whole, this build is pretty stupid xD Like, HOW THE HELL did you get all the amulets, the mana orbs, the gloves and 3 lucky pigs??
Here's another game playing manathirst i just got that pushed me into Diamond. This one is a lot more reasonable, but to answer your question. Im finding that it seems a lot of people arnt really looking at the economy side of the game, pigging up pigs early, even if it means you lose your first 2-3 rounds just gives you so much more money throughout the game than others, and with the new rework to rerolls and such the money really adds up to allowing you to find key items easier. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3091362305
From my experience regular bloodthorne build on ranger outclasses manathirst, and reaper vampirism is quite bad in general, so not sure how viable the build is in higher ranks.
I also had another thought after my first post. Does Manathirst track your stored mana for the lifesteal or does it only care about how much you've gained over the course of the fight? If it's the latter, maybe mix in some spectral blades to turn the stored mana into damage.
Books in particular are quite important to race other dps builds and I've seen people splice magic staff for scaling in more stamina-heavy setups.
