Quick Restart Button Desperately Needed

For those times when you're trying for something specific, this game DESPERATELY needs a quick restart button. See holding down 'r' in Binding of Isaac.

I have more than enough time in this game to know that trying to force something all the time is not going to work, so I'll stop your snide BS right there. What I DO know is that there are some combos out there that have a VERY slim chance of being completed and it would be nice to be able to get the best start possible to complete them.

How slow is return to menu-abandon run-new run for you?
I didn't feel the need for quick restart even when I forced rainbow goobert in unranked.

Seriously, from the main menu it's 1 button to instantly start a new game. There aren't any settings or loading screens or anything that would delay a new game. I don't understand the need for this. Besides, I haven't quit any ranked matches, but I'd imagine you lose ranking if you quit? Imagine someone accidentally using the hotkey to quick restart and then getting mad about it for losing their progress and also losing ranking points. Adding a confirmation would defeat the point of what you are asking for, since it's already so quick to restart as it is, so I can't imagine a way to implement it without any demerits, not to mention the advantages seem extremely marginal.
