I don't think it reduces accuracy, but it consumes 7 luck like it says.
And for emphasis... the logs show the misses. At 2 clovers, none of my weapons should ever miss.
Unfortunately I didn't screenshot anything. If you're saving logs of gameplay, the fight was only a few minutes before I posted.
Blind stacks are a ♥♥♥♥♥, and there's a reason you turn the lamp away from your weapons if you are not ready to use it as a wincon.
My accuracy is 100%.
The next line in the log has djinn lamp proccing its effect.
My accuracy is now 80%.
My accuracy stays at 80% all the way down the log until djinn lamp procs its effect a second time.
My accuracy is now 60%.
