Do they double up or only add a diminishing %
ATM gems seem under powered as even with 50% healing reduction regen build still seem to kick butt prob due to tons of garlic those reapers must have some killer breath.
The opponent if I recall correctly had about 12+ vampirism on their build, which would have been quite a lot of healing thanks to all those daggers. However, they healed for basically nothing on hit, so I have to assume that gems stack additively rather than multiplicatively.
If it was multiplicative, it would be 100 x 0.6^2, which is 36%. So if they had 12 vampirism, they would have still healed about 4 health on hit. However, they only healed for about 2 hp per hit, so it was closer to them receiving only 20% of the healing they should have, rounded down. 12 vampirism x 0.2 = 2.4, rounded down to 2. I assume the game doesn't heal you for decimal points.
You can't heal for more than the damage being done.
