Backpack Battles

So uh...guide for dummies?
Not exactly sure what I'm doing. I know it's a demo and all, but I'm just being killed by fatigue and there's nothing that seems to really fix the issue. No tutorial means no real guidance, and as a destined loser? I know I'll keep losing.

Anything to look out for? Or is it really RNG based survival and 2 pity trophies are all I'm worth before I inevitably lose? :steamhappy:

This video is decent. The best I can find. The next video I saw of ZiggyD, he made a huge misplay early and I'm just like "oof!" but this video is pretty decent, I think. :P You can learn from it.

Honestly watching streamers/youtube is a pretty good way to learn! (It definitely gave me a leg up early!)

Try not to use much stamina, and foods early (banana!) do really well to keep you alive. I like buying the 4x4 bags early and stacking some food + Piggybanks for extra gold start.

Daggers are great as they do good damage, and they don't use stamina :)

Certain early game combos were insanely good when I've played:
Wooden Sword + Whetstone + Whetstone = Hero's Sword (really good early)
Hero's Sword + Whetstone + Whetstone = Hero's Longsword or
Hero's Sword + Goobert = Steel Goobert (both great!)
Wooden Shield + Walrus Tusk = Spiked Shield
