Rabbit Fur Boots

What does this actually do ? Is it working as intended or bugged ?
I made one and equipped it, It says Grants Stealth but I checked up Stats and I had no Stealth - Just Cold Armor. What is going on ?

I don't see why leather boots would be stealthier than no shoes at all. It does make sense that they provide warmth.

as far I know only lizard skin with leaves makes stealth armor

From the wiki:
You can wear them on your feet to gain some protection from cold and slightly increase stealth. Unlike the stealth armor, the boots are not lost during combat. the boots don't effect stealth at all in hard survival mode. The stealth and cold armor you receive do not appear in the armor bar on the Hud. They can be seen on the stats page in the survival guide. They do not increase movement speed of the player.

You can only wear one pair of footwear at a time. Rabbit Fur Boots or Snowshoes.

Rabbit Fur Boots will still appear in your inventory, even when you're wearing them. To confirm, look at your feet.

It's more like you're wearing moccasins instead of whatever footwear he wore on the plane.
