Can't pick up picture in the lawyers cave

In the lawyers cave, near one of the entrances, there are some white tents and three hanging dead passengers. Inside one of the tens, there is a picture representing an X marking a spot. I can't pick it up, the "E" prompt appears but if I press E nothing happens. Did someone already experienced this weird bug?

Same happened for me. Same location, same picture. Definitely a bug.
