Player can't use console commands

I am the host and I can use the command console. My friend can't. He can use it in the main menu but when he joins my game he can't use it anymore.

This came in the new update. It is turned off by default. In the settings is the option to enable commands.

it is probably enabled since he can use commands
unless you mean that friend has to enable them too

Just tested it...

Host can use cheats when cheats are disabled... VERY counter intuitive.
It could be considered bug tho. Cheating while cheats are disabled :D
