Invisible berry bushes

In my co-op server I keep eating poisoned berries when I try to for examble re-arm an animal trap. The thing is when ever this happens I cannot see the berry bush but my character eats a berry from this invisible bush. This happens with anything where I try to interact with "E", (picking up cannibals of the ground, re-arming traps). I have died to this bug several times and it is getting frustrating. Please fix this, it is game breaking.

Happens in singleplayer as well.

I found a solution for it which is using berry pouch everytime interacting something with "E".

Confirmed. This happens to me and two of my friends when playing together on multiplayer. It doesn't matter who hosts or which save we use. If there are any poisoned berry bushes or mushrooms within 50m of you, interacting (holding 'E') with something causes you to eat an invisible set of berries and take damage. It will happen repeatedly to us until every poisoned item in the area is gone. Destroying the bushes works temporarily, but as you know, if you venture too far from the area, the bushes respawn and the bug happens again.
