GetThreadContext Failed

First update was kinda fine a bit laggy but i still could play but after the last update whenever i try to open the game i get this GetThreadContext Failed crash message.
Now i'm not much of a computer whiz so i don't know what to do. I saw other posts with similiar (if not the same) problems and tried their solutions re-installing the game and all that but nothing seems to work. And now i'm open to all suggestions.

Can you try all of the following steps?

Close the game, Open steam library, Right click the Forest, Select properties, go to local files, and select verify integrity of game files.

Once this is done, and if the issue persists, try a full reinstall of the game and uninstall any mods like ModAPI you might have installed.

If the issue STILL persists after this, a restart of steam and your PC

Also can you please list your PC specs if none of this works? CPU, GPU, OS, RAM, etc

O yes, there are 5 exceptions, 10 warnings and 2 errors, The writing is so small i cant read what they are

did all that but still same

i5-4200M CPU @ 2.50GHz
400GB RAM
GeForce 840M
Resolution 1366/768 (For both the game and the desktop)
i changed my settings to favor the performance in order to help with the lag in the game which wasn't even much of a lag but still bothered me anyway.
In game graphics were medium
No mods

Everything was fine yesterday. I could play the game again after the update but today there was another update and after that same thing happened again, same crash message.

We Did a hotfix yesterday; Have you retried verifying the game files, Updating graphical drivers, Reinstalling, and restarting your PC?
