Multiplayer Issues

Hosting a server, Whether peer to peer, Or dedicated, I don't know if this is just for me, but I re-installed the game and everything, and me and my friend still are unable to play Multiplayer together. If this is happening to anyone else please let me know because I'm hoping it isn't yet another issue with My PC, because my friend hasn't tried to host mainly because he has a horrible processor.

Having the issue that it wont let us even create a lobby. IDK if that the same issue your having, But when you got to create the lobby it say talking to steam and then go back to the screen and does nothing

Yeah! Thats the Exact issue I'm having!

Did you try if this happens on 32bit version of game?

Yeah, I tried. The 32 bit Just keeps Saying it, but then after it stays there for like 5 minutes it crashes and i have to restart my computer.

Could you try to verify game files? (it's a little different than the reinstall)
Maybe disable antivirus/firewall?
I heard that some people run game (or steam) as administrator too.
Do you have steam overlay (shift+tab) in game?

Your friends have the same problem or they can host game?

What version of Windows are you? Ive heard Win 7 has an issue hosting and joining. There is an "unofficial" .dll fix, that is to say a modified file that a player has made work with Win 7. If u are Win 7 i can try find it for you...
